CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage and maintain

strong relationships with customers throughout the real estate sales process.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, coordinating with internal departments,

maintaining customer records, ensuring timely follow-ups, and providing excellent post-sales support.

• Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers throughout the sales and post-sales process.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding project status, documentation, payments, and possession.
• CRM & Data ManagementMaintain accurate customer information and records in the CRM system.
• Update lead status, customer interactions, follow-ups, and communication details regularly.
• Monitor and track customer enquiries and ensure proper coordination with the sales team.
• Generate and maintain CRM reports as required by management.
• Sales CoordinationCoordinate with the Sales team for customer site visits, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer databases and documentation.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

12th or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

6 months to 1 years of experience in CRM, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management.

Experience in the Real Estate industry will be preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM software.

Ability to handle multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.

Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.

Customer response and resolution time.

CRM data accuracy and timely updates.

Customer satisfaction and feedback scores.

Follow-up completion rate.

Pending documentation and payment closure.

Customer retention and relationship management.
