Job Description
- Key Responsibilities Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and queries professionally.
- Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with stores and delivery teams.
- Follow up on orders, pickups, deliveries, and pending payments.
- Maintain proper customer records and update order status.
- Add new customers and support customer retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service.
