Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Assist customers with rental plans, product information, pricing, and service-related queries.
- Follow up with existing customers for rental renewals, extensions, and repeat orders.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
- Convert customer inquiries and leads into successful rental bookings.
- Maintain customer records, follow-up details, and sales data in the CRM.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly sales, renewal, and customer retention targets.
- Maintain professional communication and build long-term customer relationships.
