Job Responsibility:


1.Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently

2. Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, support, or coordination

3.Respond to customer queries through live chat with in defined timelines.

4.Handle customer communication via email as required

5.Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions

6.Maintain records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems

7.Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned teams when necessary

8.Follow company policies, quality standards, and service SLAs
