Customer Support Executive

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support across inquiries related to their orders and associated queries. Your role is key to resolving issues efficiently, and building customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to rider inquiries via phone and website chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Help with order tracking, exchanges, returns, refunds, and service bookings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates (0–1 year of experience).
• Strong communication skills — spoken and written English & spoken Hindi
• Friendly, patient, and empathetic with a customer-first mindset.
• Good at problem-solving and thinking on your feet.
• Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
• Eager to learn and grow in a team environment.

Bonus: Interest in cycling or sports is a plus!

• Timely and accurate responses to customer queries.
• Customer satisfaction levels (CSAT).
• Resolution of customer issues within expected timelines.
