Position open : CSR/Receptionist
Work Experience : More than 2 years
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Equivalent
Salary : 20000/PM to 25000/PM
Work Location: Commercial Street Shivaji Nagar, Bangalore
Gender Required: Male/Female
Languages Should be known: English, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Hindi
Job Description:
- Make Inbound calls to potential customers and cold calls to existing customers
- Whatsapp Sales Management
- Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of products or services
- Resolve customer complaints, concerns, and feedback
- Maintain positive relationships with customers
- Keep accurate records of calls, queries, responses, and resolutions
- Adhere to organizational guidelines and communication scripts
- Generate Leads or Sales, depending on the target of the Company
