Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketing Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, generating qualified leads, explaining property details, scheduling site visits, and following up with clients to convert inquiries into sales. The role requires maintaining accurate call records, updating the CRM with customer interactions, coordinating with the sales team, and achieving daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply, while prior experience in telemarketing or real estate will be an added advantage.
