Customer Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate information and resolutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Follow standard operating procedures and process guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
• Meet assigned quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
• Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude while interacting with customers.

Eligibility & RequirementsExperience:

• 0–4 years of experience in a voice/customer support process.
• Freshers: Non-technical graduates can be considered.
• Degree Not mandatory
• Language Skills: Fluent in Hindi with good communication skills in English.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work in a domestic voice process.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
