Roles & Responsibilities
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
Assist customers with troubleshooting-related issues.
Handle customer queries related to prepaid and postpaid services.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining service quality.
Communicate professionally and courteously with customers.
Effectively communicate with customers in both English and Hindi.

Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts.
