  • In this role, you will act as the first line of support, handling incoming customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing accurate product or service information Your ultimate goal is to deliver an outstanding customer experience, build brand trust, and resolve issues efficiently on the first contact.

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries across phone, email, and live chat platforms professionally.
