Job DescriptionYetish Estates is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities and generate quality buyer and seller leads for our real estate resale business.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), performance marketing, SEO, and social media marketing.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
2. Generate quality buyer and property-owner leads through paid and organic digital marketing channels.
3. Develop digital marketing strategies to promote resale properties in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
4. Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant social media platforms.
5. Create and coordinate engaging property advertisements, social media posts, reels, videos, and promotional content.
6. Handle Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve the company's online visibility and search rankings.
7. Manage and optimize Google Business Profile for local search visibility and customer enquiries.
8. Monitor advertising budgets, cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and campaign performance.
9. Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
10. Coordinate with the Sales Team to monitor lead quality, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
11. Coordinate with the website development agency for landing pages, website updates, SEO improvements, and lead-generation integrations.
12. Research competitors, identify new marketing opportunities, and implement strategies to improve lead generation.
13. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with measurable results and recommendations.

• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns independently.
• Strong knowledge of performance marketing and lead-generation strategies.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media marketing.
• Experience managing advertising budgets and optimizing cost per lead.
• Ability to create or coordinate digital marketing content using Canva or similar tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of campaigns, and deliver measurable results.
• Real estate digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.

Preferred CandidateWe are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate actual campaign results, including advertising budgets handled, leads generated, cost per lead, and conversion performance.

Important: This position requires practical experience in paid advertising and lead generation. Candidates whose experience is limited to social media posting, content creation, or graphic design alone may not be suitable.
