Field Executive

PayPulse is looking for motivated Field Executives to join our growing field operations team.

You will be responsible for visiting assigned customers, communicating professionally regarding pending payments, following the company's recovery process and achieving assigned performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at assigned locations.
• Communicate with customers regarding pending EMI payments.
• Follow the assigned field collection process.
• Achieve monthly recovery and resolution targets.
• Maintain accurate visit and collection records.
• Update field activities through the required application/system.
• Handle difficult customer situations professionally.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Managers.
• Follow company policies, processes and compliance requirements.
• Maintain regular attendance, punctuality and discipline.

EARNING STRUCTURE

Fixed Salary: 12,000/ to 15,000/ month

Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000/month

Attendance Bonus: ₹1,000/month

Performance-Based Incentive: As per PayPulse's applicable performance payout slab

EARN UP TO 53,000 PER MONTH

The maximum earning potential is performance-based and depends on recovery/resolution performance and applicable payout conditions. 53,000 is not guaranteed monthly income.

ELIGIBILITY

• Age: 18-30 years
• Minimum 10th Pass
• Freshers are welcome
• Previous debt recovery/collection experience is not mandatory
• Two-wheeler is mandatory
• Valid driving licence is mandatory
• Must be willing to travel across Bengaluru
• Comfortable with field work
• Comfortable working with targets.
• Good customer communication skills
• Kannada/Hindi/English or other relevant local-language communication ability
• Reliable and disciplined
• Willing to learn and improve
• Regular attendance and punctuality required
