Job Description

"We are hiring Field Sales Executives for an on-ground marketing activation at a mall near Tavarekere, Bengaluru. The role involves engaging shoppers at our promotional stall, running a spin-the-wheel activity, and distributing coupons based on the results. This is a great opportunity for someone confident with public interaction and comfortable working in a mall/retail environment."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage the spin-wheel activity at the stall
  • Approach and engage mall visitors to participate
  • Explain the offer/promotion clearly to customers
  • Distribute coupons based on the spin-wheel result
  • Maintain a record of participants/coupons distributed
  • Represent Hong Sau Resort professionally at all times

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Kannada/English/Hindi)
  • Comfortable engaging with strangers/public speaking
  • Presentable and energetic
  • Prior promoter/field sales experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Available to work mall hours (mention timing, e.g., 11 AM–8 PM
