Field Sales Manager – Real Estate & Construction

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Manager to drive on-ground sales for our real estate and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in client acquisition, site visits, and closing property/construction deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads for residential/commercial real estate or construction projects
- Conduct on-site client visits, property walkthroughs, and negotiations
- Build and manage a team of field sales executives (if applicable)
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop relationships with brokers, channel partners, and direct clients
- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
- Coordinate with marketing for lead generation campaigns
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends, competitor projects, and pricing
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of field sales experience, with proven experience in Real Estate or Construction
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills (local language + Hindi/English)
- Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and client meetings
- Own two-wheeler/vehicle preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not mandatory)
