Job Description

ADMIN & RECEPTION EXECUTIVE


Savi Bindu Homeopathy Multispeciality Clinic


Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Weekly Off: Monday or Wednesday

Salary: ₹12,500 Take-Home


Responsibilities


• Patient reception & appointment management

• Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries & follow-ups

• Billing, payments & basic administrative work

• Maintain patient records and clinic coordination

• Coordinate with doctors, pharmacy & staff

• Ensure a professional and welcoming patient experience


Candidate Profile


• Good communication & interpersonal skills

• Pleasant, professional personality

• Basic computer knowledge

• Well-organised, responsible & multitasking

• Prior clinic/hospital experience preferred
