About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic BE Civil graduates to join our team as Graduate Engineer Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to real construction/infrastructure projects under the guidance of senior engineers, with a clear path to a full-time Site Engineer / Project Engineer role on successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works
- Support in reading and interpreting drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site labor for smooth execution
- Take measurements, maintain site records, and assist in quality checks
- Support billing, material reconciliation, and progress reporting
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols
- Learn project planning, scheduling, and basic cost estimation from mentors
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports for project managers
Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (2024/2025/2026 pass-outs preferred)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel; familiarity with STAAD Pro/Revit is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn and work on-site
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to relocate/travel to project sites as required
- No prior work experience required — freshers encouraged to apply
