Job Summary

Team Staff Solution is seeking a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end IT recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and calling IT candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, providing career guidance, and maintaining regular follow-ups throughout the hiring process.

 Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify suitable candidates for IT job openings.

* Contact and screen candidates through phone calls and interviews.

* Assess candidate skills, experience, and job suitability.

* Guide and counsel candidates regarding job opportunities, career growth, and interview preparation.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

* Conduct candidate briefing and pre-interview training sessions.

* Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.

* Track interview status, feedback, and joining updates.

* Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

* Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.

Required Skills

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.

* Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

* Ability to handle multiple candidates and positions simultaneously.

* Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals is an added advantage.

Office Timings

* Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* Saturday & Sunday: Weekly Off
