Human Resource Executive

Experience1–3 years of relevant HR experience

Candidates with hospital/healthcare HR experience will be preferred.

• QualificationMBA/PG Diploma in Human Resources preferred
• Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical hospital staff.
• Source, screen, interview, and coordinate candidates for various vacancies.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate employee data.
• Support PF, ESI and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day employee relations.
• Assist in performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Coordinate staff training, induction programs, and HR activities.
• Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and hospital guidelines.
• Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports as required.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters.

• Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
• Understanding of payroll and statutory compliance
• Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel and HRMS
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital environment
