HVAC Engineer

  1) Customer Service & Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for clients regarding service requests, complaints, or inquiries.
• Maintain professional communication with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.
• Provide regular updates to customers on service schedules, delays, and resolutions.

  2)Service Scheduling & Coordination

• Plan, assign, and coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repair work.
• Allocate technicians or service staff based on availability, skillset, and job priority.
• Track service schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks.

3) Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and job completion reports.
• Prepare service-related documentation such as quotations, invoices, and customer feedback forms.
• Generate monthly service performance reports for management review.

4) Technical & Operational Support

• Support service technicians by arranging tools, spare parts, and required materials.
• Ensure proper follow-up on pending jobs, warranty claims, and spare replacements.
• Monitor inventory of spare parts and raise purchase requests when needed.

5) Team Support & Coordination

• Liaise between service team, sales department, and management to ensure smooth workflow.
• Provide administrative assistance to the service team (attendance, timesheets, travel coordination, etc.).
• Assist in training and onboarding new service staff.

6) Quality & Compliance

• Ensure service work meets company standards and customer satisfaction levels.
• Handle escalated issues professionally and recommend preventive measures.
• Follow safety and compliance guidelines during service operations.

7) Performance Monitoring

• Track technician productivity and ensure SLA (Service Level Agreement) compliance.
• Review customer feedback and work on continuous improvement of service delivery.
• Identify process gaps and suggest efficiency improvements.
