Job Description

  • Proactive and responsible
  • Excellent at follow-ups ; emails and calls

  • Comfortable working directly with the Director
  • Good with computers and online tools
  • Make performa invoices , sales proposals& quotations
  • Able to manage multiple task and support the team with coordination,
  • Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable with Gmail, Google Calendar, Zoom, WhatsApp, MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Basic knowledge of Canva and social media will be an advantage
