Work From Home – Inside Sales Executive

Employment Type: 6 Months Contract

Work Mode: 100% Work From Home

Job Location: Remote (PAN India)

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and target-driven Inside Sales Executives for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
  • Explain products/services and convert leads into sales.
  • Follow up with potential customers and close sales.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain customer details and sales reports.
  • Candidate Requirements Must have a purely sales-oriented background.
  • Prior experience in Insurance Sales or other telesales/inside sales is preferred.
  • Candidates with customer support, chat process or non-sales experience will not be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills in the required language combinations.
  • Must have a personal laptop/desktop and a good, stable Wi-Fi internet connection.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Salary / CTC

  • Insurance Sales Background: Up to ₹24,000 per month
  • Non-Insurance Sales Background: ₹21,000 per month

Contract Duration: 6 Months
