Inside Sales Specialist – Work From Home
StitchPro is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing team. You will work with leads generated through our marketing campaigns, understand their boutique business needs, demonstrate StitchPro, and convert qualified prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with leads shared by the marketing team.
- Understand customer requirements and explain StitchPro’s benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Follow up consistently and drive trial-to-paid conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Share customer feedback and sales insights with the team.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and sales ability.
- Comfortable conducting online demos and customer calls.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
- Experience in inside sales, SaaS, or B2B sales is an advantage.
