Job Description
Design, develop, and troubleshoot PLC programs using Siemens TIA Portal, S7-300/400/1200/1500 series. Design and configure HMI/SCADA applications using Siemens, Crimson, WinCC, CODESYS and Exor JMobile / Studio , Collaborate with electrical design and mechanical teams to integrate automation systems. Work with cross functionality teams to promptly investigate and resolve problems relating to Software issues. Drafting Electrical schematic circuits using AutoCAD/solid works. Hands-on experience with Redlion, Siemens, Exor, Eurotherm,watlow and other automation products. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to travel Up to 40% travel required annually Values : Preparation of detailed Electrical drawing and BOM for upgradations and projects. Company Profile Maintain and improve existing PLC/HMI systems to enhance machine performance. Experience in commissioning and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Exor HMI programming tool jmobile studio Diagnose faults and implement improvements in PLC/HMI logic. Provide technical support during manufacturing, installation, and commissioning
