Lead Generation Intern

The task is to uncover 50-plus-unit apartment communities in bangalore and turn them into qualified association leads. You will work the full funnel:

• Discover properties: Start with Instagram, Facebook and major property portals, then branch into any promising digital channel you can think of. Each building must fit my location focus.

• Identify decision-makers: Pinpoint presidents, secretaries, treasurers or anyone who genuinely influences the association.

• Secure introductions: Call owners, on-site managers, brokers, Square Yards contacts—whoever opens the right door—and confirm direct access to the board.

• Nurture relationships: Build a network of cooperative brokers and sales professionals for repeat referrals and fresh data sources.

• Track everything: Maintain a live spreadsheet (Excel / Google Sheets) noting property details, contact names, source, call notes, follow-ups and final outcome.

Acceptance criteria

1. Minimum of 50 new apartment entries (50-plus units) from the specified cities, with resident name , resident category, number and verification status.

2. At least one verified association(president, head,treasury, secretary,any decision maker) contact per property, with role and direct phone verified.

3. Tracker is clean, shareable and fully searchable, with no missing mandatory fields.
