Logistics Trainee

Roles & Responsibilities

•      Coordinate day-to-day logistics operations including dispatch and transportation activities.

•      Arrange transportation for delivery of finished goods to customers.

•      Coordinate with transporters and logistics vendors to ensure timely shipment of materials.

•      Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery challans,invoices, and shipment records.

•      Track shipments and update the status of deliveries to the sales and operations teams.

•      Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation before dispatch.

•      Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving materials.

•      Maintain logistics records and update shipment details in ERP or tracking systems.

•      Follow up with transporters for delivery confirmations and proof of delivery (POD).

•      Assist in resolving issues related to shipment delays, damages, or missingdeliveries.

•      Prepare reports related to daily dispatch activities and shipmenttracking.

•      Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and documentation requirements.
