Eligibility
* Qualification - B.E./B.Tech Mechanical Engineering
* Experience - Minimum 12+ years of relevant industrial electrical maintenance experience.
* Salary - Based on relevant experience, skills and performance (Negotiable).
* Job Type - Full-time
Job Responsibilities - Maintenance Electrician
- Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment and machinery.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in production machines, motors, panels, and utility systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair motors, starters, control panels, MCC panels, distribution boards, transformers, and electrical wiring.
- Handle PLC-controlled machines, industrial automation systems, and electrical circuit troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams.
- Conduct electrical inspections, monitor equipment performance, and ensure reliability.
- Implement RCA, MTBF, MTTR, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize breakdowns.
- Lead and supervise electrical maintenance teams, manpower, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure electrical safety, LOTO, PPE compliance, 5S, and statutory safety requirements.
- Coordinate with production and vendors, manage spare parts, and drive TPM, Kaizen, and energy-saving initiatives.
