Job Description
To follow a maintenance schedule, plan and coordinate preventive and ad hoc maintenance,
manage equipment performance and identify abnormalities or damage, supervise and train staff,
and work closely with clients, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure deadlines are met.
Responsibilities
Carry out maintenance works in accordance to maintenance schedule
Carry out repair works as and when tickets are raised
Plan, manage, supervise, co-ordinate, monitor and recommend to management a schedule
for the planned preventive maintenance and ad hoc day to day maintenance and
rectification of and facilities
Manage, monitor and maintain all plant, equipment at optimum performance and be alert
of any abnormal functioning or damages
Supervise, train and coach all staff under supervision
Will work closely with the contractor, supplier and vendor, keeping track and control
schedules and deadlines
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Maintenance especially in Hospitality or Service Sectors.
