Office Boy

Responsibilities

1. Outdoor Work & Errands

*Go outside for company-related job work such as submitting documents, delivering parcels, collecting materials, and vendor coordination.

*Purchase daily stationery and urgent office supplies as instructed.

*Perform routine bank work like cheque deposits, withdrawals, challan submissions, and collecting bank statements.

*Bring food or refreshments from outside for staff or guests when required.

2. Guest Support

*Arrange tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.

*Assist during client visits, meetings, and discussions.

*Bringing food daily from the Canteen

3. Document Handling & Small Admin Work

*Assist with photocopying, scanning, internal document delivery, and simple filing tasks.

*Help HR, Accounts, Sales, Store, and Production with basic administrative support.

5. Internal Movement & Coordination

* Carry documents, materials, or samples between store, production, accounts, sales, and other departments.

*Help in arranging chairs, preparing meeting areas, and general internal coordination.

6. Company Vehicle Assistance

*Take care of the company vehicle (basic cleaning, checking fuel, water, air, and keeping it ready for use).

*Coordinate for servicing, washing, or repair work when instructed.

7. Maintenance Support

*Assist the maintenance team with simple tasks such as holding materials, shifting items, or basic support jobs—not technical work.

* Help during small repair activities inside office or production areas when asked.
