Product Manager
About the Role : We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, development, and continuous improvement of our product. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and business stakeholders to identify customer problems, define product priorities, and deliver solutions that create measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Translate customer and business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features and initiatives using customer impact, business value, data, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout discovery, development, testing, and launch.
- Track product KPIs, user adoption, engagement, retention, conversion, and revenue metrics.
- Use data and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and identify improvements.
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
- Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, progress, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Continuously iterate on the product based on customer feedback, analytics, and business outcomes.
