🚀 Job Opening: Production & Operations Executive (Food Manufacturing)

We are looking for an energetic and organized Production & Operations Executive for our food manufacturing unit and processing plant to manage day-to-day plant operations, factory automation, and quality control.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

1. Production & Automation Management: Oversee automated/semi-automated processing equipment and production lines to ensure smooth operational flow and minimal downtime.

2. Quality Control & Compliance: Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring full compliance with FSSAI guidelines and quality benchmarks during processing and packaging.

3. Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain daily digital records of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging inventory.

4. Logistics & Dispatch: Coordinate packaging, loading, and transportation/delivery of finished products efficiently.

5. Daily Reporting: Prepare daily output, machine operational status, and material consumption reports in MS Excel.

🎯 Requirements:

• Graduate (Diploma/Degree in Food Tech, Engineering, or Operations is a plus).

• Basic knowledge of food processing machinery/factory automation and quality compliance standards (FSSAI).

• Prior experience in agro-processing, food manufacturing, or FMCG back-end operations is preferred.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong team/vendor coordination skills.

📍 Location: Sadhahalli, Airport Road. 

Working days: Monday-Saturday ( 9.30 AM- 6.30 PM  ) 

💰 Salary: Best in industry (As per experience 30k - 35k)
