• Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in purchasing raw materials, consumables and other manufacturing requirements.
• Collect quotations from suppliers and compare prices.
• Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and timely material delivery.
• Maintain purchase records, invoices and supplier details.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding pending orders and payments.
• Coordinate with production and stores departments to ensure material availability.
• Monitor stock requirements and prepare purchase requests.
• Maintain proper documentation and update purchase reports.
• Candidate RequirementsGraduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of vendor management and purchase documentation.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and internal departments.
