📌 Job Responsibilities

-Develop and implement quality management strategies, systems, and processes in line with company and customer requirements.

-Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer specifications, statutory requirements, and certifications.

-Lead and manage the Quality Assurance and Quality Control teams for effective departmental performance.

-Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, rejection, rework, defects, and customer complaints and initiate corrective actions.

-Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to improve product and process quality.

-Manage customer quality issues, complaints, audits, and critical customer visits, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.

-Plan and conduct internal, process, product, and external audits and ensure closure of audit findings.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce rejection, scrap, rework, and improve customer satisfaction.

-Develop and conduct quality training and awareness programs for operators, QC inspectors, and employees.

-Prepare and present quality performance reports, customer complaints, corrective actions, and key quality metrics to Top Management during MRM.
