Hiring – Quantity Surveyor (QS) and Civil Engineer
*Company:* House Construction
*Location:* Bangalore
*Experience:* 2–5 Years
*Employment Type:* Full Time
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Prepare BOQ, quantity take-offs, estimates and cost calculations.
* Measure *RCC, steel, masonry, plastering, flooring and finishing works*.
* Prepare and verify contractor/vendor bills.
* Monitor project quantities, costs and material consumption.
* Conduct quantity reconciliation and identify variations.
* Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
* Review drawings and ensure quantities match project requirements.
* Maintain project-wise quantity and cost records.
*Required Skills:*
* Strong knowledge of *Quantity Surveying, BOQ & Estimation*.
* Good understanding of *residential construction*.
* Proficiency in *MS Excel and AutoCAD*.
* Good analytical and communication skills.
