💰 CTC: ₹3.5–6 LPA + Performance Incentives

About the RoleWe are looking for ambitious, target-driven and high-energy sales professionals to join our Bangalore team.

This is an Individual Contributor role where your performance directly determines your earnings, incentives and career growth. If you are confident with cold calling, customer handling, site visits, negotiation and closing, this opportunity is for you.

• Key Areas of ResponsibilityLead Generation: Make 350+ outbound calls daily and generate 8–10 qualified leads.
• Customer Engagement: Maintain 1.5+ hours of connected talk time and understand customer budget, requirements, location and investment objectives.
• Site Visits: Drive a minimum of 2 property site visits per day.
• Sales Conversion: Manage the complete sales journey — Lead → Qualification → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking.
• Follow-ups & CRM: Maintain consistent follow-ups and keep all lead and activity information updated in the CRM.
• Revenue Ownership: Take complete ownership of assigned monthly booking and revenue targets.
• Negotiation & Closure: Handle objections, negotiate effectively and convert qualified prospects into successful bookings.
• Customer Experience: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey.

• What We’re Looking For1+ years of experience in Real Estate, Direct Sales, Inside Sales or Business Development preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Highly numbers-driven, self-motivated and result-oriented.
