Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and well-organized Receptionist to manage front-desk activities and assist with day-to-day administrative work at our veterinary diagnostic laboratory.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients, pet parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries.
Coordinate with veterinary clinics and clients regarding sample collection and reports.
Receive and record laboratory samples accurately.
Maintain client details, records, and basic documentation.
Coordinate with laboratory staff for timely report updates.
Handle basic billing/payment-related coordination.
Maintain the reception area and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Support general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word/Excel.
Good telephone and WhatsApp communication skills.
Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
