Reservation Sales Associate

We are looking for a smart, confident, customer-friendly and sales-oriented Reservation & Sales Executive to join our Kerala Houseboat business.

The primary responsibility will be to handle customer enquiries, follow up with prospective guests and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

This is a Work From Home sales and reservation role. Continuous desk presence is not required, but the candidate must be responsive and available when customer enquiries and calls come in.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle enquiries received through Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website, WhatsApp, phone calls and direct enquiries.

* Call customers, understand their travel requirements and recommend suitable houseboat options.

* Share houseboat photographs, videos, itineraries, pricing and quotations with customers.

* Clearly explain packages, facilities, inclusions, timings and other relevant information.

* Follow up systematically with all enquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

* Maintain and update the sales funnel and status of every enquiry.

* Ensure no genuine enquiry is missed or left without proper follow-up.

* Handle customer questions and price discussions professionally.

* Develop good relationships with travel agents and B2B partners.

* Coordinate confirmed bookings and guest requirements with the operations team.

* Maintain daily enquiry, follow-up and booking records.

* Provide regular updates on leads, conversions, pending follow-ups and sales performance.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for someone with:

* Excellent spoken communication and telephone etiquette.

* English and Hindi – mandatory.

* Knowledge of Malayalam, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or other Indian languages will be a strong advantage.

* Good convincing and sales skills.

* Strong follow-up discipline.

* Pleasant and professional personality.

* Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right option.

* Good computer and internet skills.

* Ability to work independently and responsibly from home.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and the right attitude are welcome.

Candidates with experience in Travel & Tourism, Hotel/Resort Reservations, Hospitality, Telecalling, Inside Sales or Customer Service will have an advantage.
