Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisory and Tele-Sales Executive to connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, explain products or services, and generate sales through phone calls and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesContact potential customers through outbound and inbound calls.
- Explain products, services, pricing, and benefits to customers.
- Provide sales advice and recommend suitable products or services based on customer needs.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Maintain customer records, call reports, and sales data in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely follow-up.
