• Key Responsibilities Generate new leads through field visits, auto stands, market activities, referrals and customer interactions.
• Identify potential customers and understand their vehicle usage, route, running, payload and purchase requirements.
• Explain product features, benefits, running cost savings and EV advantages to prospective customers.
• Conduct and coordinate vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Regularly follow up and nurture leads through calls and personal visits.
• Handle customer objections related to price, range, charging, performance, finance and service.
• Coordinate with finance partners for loan processing, documentation and approval.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing and market activities and share feedback with the team.
• Convert qualified leads into bookings and vehicle sales and ensure smooth coordination until delivery.
• Build strong customer relationships and generate referrals and repeat business.
• Achieve assigned targets for lead generation, test drives, bookings and sales.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on field activities, leads, follow-ups, test drives and sales pipeline.
