Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive drives property sales by identifying client needs, showcasing listings, negotiating deals, and closing transactions—building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service throughout the process


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and convert clients.
  • Manage property listings and conduct viewings.
  • Negotiate deals and finalize sales agreements effectively.
  • Handle documentation and compliance for smooth transactions.
  • Provide customer support throughout the buying/selling journey and foster long-term relationships.
  • Research market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
  • Use CRM tools and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams as needed.
