Key Responsibilities

- Lead Conversion: Connect with potential traders and investors through company-provided verified leads.

- Sales & Service Pitching: Explain the company’s research services, subscription plans, and offerings clearly and professionally.

- Client Relationship Management: Understand customers’ requirements and recommend suitable services based on their needs.

- Target Achievement: Consistently work toward daily and monthly sales targets.

- Daily Calling: Complete 100+ connected calls or a minimum of 3.5 hours of talk time through the company’s official cloud telephony system.

- CRM & Reporting: Accurately update call dispositions, follow-ups, and WhatsApp communication status on the company dashboard.

- Customer Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to maximize conversions.

- Compliance: Maintain complete honesty, professionalism, and compliance in all client interactions. No misleading or unauthorized promises.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate. Candidates must have completed their final examinations and should not have active college classes.

- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

- Sales Mindset: Strong target orientation with a willingness to work in a performance-driven sales environment.

- Infrastructure: Must have a functional laptop, smartphone, and reliable high-speed Wi-Fi connection.

- Market Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the stock market, Nifty, Bank Nifty, equity trading, or investment products will be an added advantage.

- Experience: Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are welcome; prior telesales/inside-sales experience will be an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 - 15000 per month.

- Wi-Fi Allowance: ₹1,000 per month.

- Performance Incentives: ₹20,000–₹30,000+ per month based on sales performance and the applicable incentive slab.
