Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, online platforms, referrals, and other sources.

- Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.

- Follow up with leads and convert them into prospective clients.

- Explain company services and offerings to customers professionally.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

- Achieve assigned sales targets.

- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth customer handling.

- Provide regular sales updates to the reporting manager.

- Attend site visits on Saturdays and interact with potential clients.

- Support the sales process from lead generation to conversion.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated and target-oriented.

- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.

- Previous experience in sales or business development will be preferred.

- Two-wheeler/bike is mandatory for the role/scooty.

- Valid driving license and willingness to travel for Saturday site visits.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and interview performance
