You are expected to acquire clients for Dhan.co through telecalling exercise to the potential customers who show interest to open a trading account and trade in markets at substantial brokerage savings that can range from 90-99% for customers

Who can work?•

Any male/female graduate with a min of 6-12 months of telecalling experience

• Work from home with no minimum target

• Prior knowledge of online stock market trading services will be an advantage, it is not mandatory

• Ideally suited for those who have a flair or interest to speak to potential customers and connect with them on offering Dhan Features and help them open an account to trade in markets

• Knowledge of multiple spoken languages with being a huge advantage to help reach the customer database provided by the company

• Those who can generate leads through their social-media connect will have better advantage

What support do I get to do business?•

Online training, videos will be provided

• Hand holding for any clarification, the query of customers through a conference call

• Full support will be extended to complete document process with customers

What is required to be done?•

Daily make 100-200 calls depending on your day’s schedule

• Avail the auto-dialler facility to make effective calls which otherwise can be very difficult and energy-draining if done manually

• Find out the prospects or callers who are interested in trading in the market (best fit) or invest in the market ( less fit) and offer our Dhan service and highlights (separate videos and collaterals to be shared)

• Target prospect to convert into a lead and lead converted to clients

• For every 100 calls made target 3-4 leads of which I can get converted

• Make 100 calls per day, you should generate 3-4 leads and get 1 customer per day

• So in a month of 30 days, even if you work on 20 days you can generate 80 leads

• From 80 leads you can convert 20 clients

• Talk to the client to initiate the first trade after transferring the fund to his trading account

• Minimum fund transfer of 5K is required

• AND customer to execute 1 trade to count as ACTIVE ACCOUNT

How do I get rewarded for client acquisition?•

Every actively traded account is eligible for Rs.1,000 of rewards

• First 10 active accounts you are eligible for additional performance rewards of Rs.2,000

• Subsequent 10 more active accounts .i.e. 20 accts you are eligible for top-up performance the reward of Rs.3,000 ( total reward 25k)

• 

Total rewards that you earn can go up to 70,000 

• Payment release date: 5th of every month for business is done in the previous month

• TDS is applicable if any

• Management's decision is final
