- Months 1 – 6 (Intern): Initial Stipend ₹14,000/
- Post 6 Months (Executive Trainee ): Stipend revised to ₹18,000/- per month
- Post 12 Months (1 Year): Promoted to Sales Executive (Fixed Term Contract - FTC) with a revised salary of ₹21,000/- per month
- Post 18 Months: Salary revised to ₹24,000/- per month (FTC)
- Post 24 Months (2 Years): Promoted to Cluster Sales Manager (FTC) only for Graduates Profiles
