Job Description
We are looking for a target-driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to lead our admissions sales team and drive student enrollments for our Aviation & Hospitality programs.
The candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, improving lead-to-admission conversion, monitoring daily performance, conducting counselling sessions, and ensuring achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.
