Senior Associate

We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Associate to own brand visibility and lead generation for

our Yarns, Fibers, Fabrics & Merchandise vertical. You'll sit at the intersection of social media

strategy, sales enablement, and campaign execution - growing PFC's overall voice on

responsible recycling while building textile verticals. This is a hands-on role: you'll run

channels directly, manage exhibition logistics, and work side by side with sales on partner

outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

Grow brand voice across social

Own LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Threads for PFC and leadership handles - content cadence,

follower growth, and engagement targets. Coordinate PR outreach tied to sustainability

moments like Earth Day and World Environment Day, and land earned media coverage for

the textile/merchandise vertical.

GTM Strategy and Execution

Stand up dedicated channels for the sub-brand: a monthly LinkedIn newsletter, WhatsApp

broadcast marketing, and a twice-weekly Meta content cadence, all built to grow subscribers

and inbound leads.

Support sales and conversion

Lead Generation & Event Management

Campaign Management

Brand videos, influencer collaborations, and brand sponsorships management.

Social Media Management

Maintain a shared, org-wide content calendar reviewed monthly, and run monthly

performance reviews on all marketing channels.

Experience and Qualifications:

● 3+ years of marketing experience with hands-on ownership of social channels and

content calendars

● Experience running B2B lead generation across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Meta

● Experience in coordinating with sales teams on event logistics and partner outreach

● Familiarity with campaign reporting and lead-gen dashboards (HubSpot or similar

CRM)

● Strong written communication for newsletters, PR outreach, and social copy

● Experience in sustainability, textiles, or manufacturing industries.
