Senior Interior Architecture

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the interior design team, ensuring effective task allocation and timely deliverables.
• Understand client requirements and provide creative, functional, and practical design solutions.
• Coordinate directly with clients throughout the project lifecycle and ensure smooth communication.
• Conduct client meetings, design presentations, and site visits.
• Prepare and review space plans, layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution.
• Review design work prepared by junior designers and provide guidance, feedback, and technical support.
• Monitor project progress and ensure designs are executed as per approved specifications and quality standards.
• Handle client queries, design revisions, and approvals professionally.
• Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Support the team in resolving design, site, and execution-related challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as an Interior Designer, with proven team-handling experience.
• Strong client-handling and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in:
• AutoCAD
• Enscape
• V-Ray
• Prolance
• 3ds Max
• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture selection, and interior execution.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of designers.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong presentation and design skills.
• Good coordination skills with clients, vendors, site teams, and internal departments.
• Candidates from the interior design industry are preferred.
