Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Field Collections to oversee field collection operations, lead large collection teams, and drive recovery performance. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in field collections, delinquency management, team leadership, and collection strategy.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end field collection operations across assigned territories.
• Lead and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Field Collection Executives.
• Drive monthly collection, recovery, and productivity targets.
• Monitor key metrics including PTP, RPC, collection efficiency, productivity, and recovery rates.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce delinquency.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance and operational effectiveness.
• Manage high-value, overdue, and critical collection cases.
• Ensure effective allocation of accounts, territories, and field resources.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve operational challenges.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and coach collection teams.
• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical collection practices.
• Coordinate with internal teams and senior management to achieve business objectives.
• Candidate Requirements8–12 years of relevant experience in Field Collections.
• 2–3 years of experience in a Managerial/Senior Managerial Collection role preferred.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of field collection, recovery, and delinquency management processes.
• Proven track record of achieving collection and recovery targets.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively as required for field operations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
• Experience in BPO, NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services will be preferred.
