Job Description
🚨 Hiring: Senior Sales Manager
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: ₹50,000/month
Job Type: Full-Time | WFO/WFH
Working Hours: 10 AM – 6 PM | 6 Days/Week
📍 Varanasi: Work From Office
🏠 Other Cities: 100% Work From Home
Key Responsibilities
Handle and convert company-generated leads.
Achieve ₹10 Lakhs monthly sales target.
Sell domestic & international tour packages.
Customer follow-ups and booking closures.
Maintain sales reports and customer relationships.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Tourism, Travel & Sales.
Strong sales, negotiation & lead-conversion skills.
Graduate in any discipline.
Regional language proficiency preferred: Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, Tamil, Bengali, etc.
Good Hindi and/or English communication skills preferred.
