Senior Tele Sales Executive Location: Hybrid + 01 day in Office - Jayanagar 2nd Block, Bangalore

Work Timing : Tuesday – Saturday – 10.00 pm – 06.00pam Friday : 10.30 am – 01.00 pm ( Office Meeting)

Requirement :

 We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele-Sales Executive to promote and sell Ayurveda & Wellness Packages over the phone. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide the right travel solutions.

 Make outbound calls and handle inbound inquiries to sell Ayurveda & Wellness Packages

 Explain the treatments & products, offers, and itineraries to potential customers.

 Identify customer needs, recommend suitable packages, and close sales.

 Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.

 Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and payments in CRM.

 Build long-term customer relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

 Stay updated with travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.

 Attend Weekly trainings and meetings to understand new products and offers

 Maintain weekly Reports
