SEO Executive Interns

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated SEO Intern to join our digital marketing team. The primary responsibility of this role is link building and off-page SEO to improve website authority, search engine rankings, and organic traffic. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn SEO techniques, have good communication skills, and be comfortable with online research and outreach.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform manual link building through white-hat SEO techniques.

* Research and identify high-quality backlink opportunities.

* Conduct competitor backlink analysis.

* Reach out to website owners, bloggers, and businesses for backlink opportunities.

* Build backlinks through guest posting, business directories, niche directories, profile creation, and resource pages.

* Submit websites to relevant business directories and citation websites.

* Monitor backlink quality and remove or disavow harmful links when required.

* Maintain outreach and backlink tracking sheets.

* Work with the content team to support guest posting and outreach campaigns.

* Monitor backlinks using SEO tools and prepare weekly reports.

* Stay updated with Google's latest SEO and link-building best practices.

Requirements

* Basic understanding of SEO concepts.

* Knowledge of off-page SEO and link-building techniques is an advantage.

* Good internet research and communication skills.

* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

* Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest is a plus.

* Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
